The compact kitchen is equipped with 2 microwaves, sandwich toaster, toaster, blender, upright fridge/freezer, small chest freezer, a 3 door stainless steel fridge and double sink unit.
The Marble topped horseshoe shaped bar has good storage both above and below and contains 2 bottle coolers, beer dispensing equipment. There is a full sized commercial coffee machine with grinder in the bar area.
There are 2 fully tiled public washrooms and a recently constructed storage room to the rear of the bar housing computer terminal, beer barrels etc.
SITUATION
The bar is located just 2 minutes from one of the best beaches on the island and the main shopping boulevard in this popular cosmopolitan resort. There are numerous hotels and apartments extremely close to the premises providing plenty of passing trade.

There is huge potential to increase or upgrade the menu and to make further use of the sky facilities to show major sporting events.
