Approximately 30 km from Palma and only 20 minutes by the recently extended and improved motorway, both places are ideally located for either a permanent residence or for those seeking a holiday villa or apartment. Puerto De Andratx is an upmarket port with beautiful but understated Mallorquin architecture and a charming waterfront promenade that is lined with quality restaurants. Here you can dine on locally caught seafood or enjoy a cool drink whilst watching one of Mallorca’s legendary sunsets. Puerto de Andratx boasts many wonderful upscale villa properties some of which can be seen on the northern side of the bay lining the hillside.

Andratx village is a wonderful, authentic Mallorquin place that manages to tread the difficult line between traditional and modern. The properties on offer for sale are often small traditional style family homes, but larger houses can sometimes be found towards the town borders. The town has a sleepy atmosphere that makes one want to linger for hours in one of the many back street bars or cafes but can also exhibit a more lively side after dark when the local inhabitants want to Fiesta! Andratx village is an unspoilt town with less international inhabitants than some other places on Mallorca. Both Andratx Port and village are within 10 minutes drive of the wonderful golf course of Camp de Mar.
